Regional Sourcing We source our raw materials regionally whenever possible, ensuring transparency and supporting local supply chains.

Material Care Ceramic is remarkably durable, but appreciates gentle, intentional handling. To clean the ceramic forms, gently wash with mild soap and water using a soft brush (like a toothbrush), then allow to air dry. Because we use natural metals, your chains may naturally oxidize over time. We recommend a simple jewelry polishing cloth to restore their finish, and storing your pieces in a closed container when not in use.

Restoration & Service We stand by the integrity of our work. Should a piece ever chip, break, or require a chain adjustment, we offer dedicated restoration services—regardless of how the damage occurred. We want these pieces to live a long life with you.

Restoration services begin at just $5. Simply reach out to hello@grammardesigns.com with a description of the piece (ideally with a photo), and we will reply with pricing and next steps. (You cover the journey to the studio; we cover the shipping back to you).
